Go to Definition for HTML/CSS

I'd like to be able to use the same functionality for HTML/CSS as I can for PHP/JS. Basically in HTML, right click a class name and have it take me to the class wherever it's located in the project.

Same functionality in the code navigator would be nice too. =)
