glibc 2.2 compatible DBG (linux module) and PHPEd (Vista)?

In my scenario I would like to develop under windows vista, but my code is running under linux (glibc 2.2.5). Which are the latest versions of DBG server module for linux and PHPEd for windows which I could use?

glibc 2.2.5 is very outdated (more than 6years old) and it is not supported anymore. Please consider upgrade to at least glibc 2.3.
