Thanks for updaing the full screen mode. This is awsome.

If it's not too complicated, I think it's better to leave the file name tabs on the top visible even in full screen mode. Or better yet to leave it for the user to choose in the settings form.

Solution could be two diff series of checkboxes:

[Normal Mode]
( ) File Tabs
( ) Toolbars
( ) Panels

[Full Screen Mode]
( ) File Tabs
( ) Toolbars
( ) Panels

when fullscreen mode comes into play, auto-hiding controls are very helpful
so that you see & edit the most of the code, yet be able to use all essential controls when neccessary
