I maintain php-gbd in the FreeBSD ports tree.
FreeBSD 7.x is moving to use gcc 41. Unfortunately in test builds php-gbd is not compiling against gcc41.

I don't suppose I could get some patches to get php-dbg able to build against gcc 41?

First, please give version 2.15 a try. This version is fully compatible with all new stuff intruduced in gcc 3.x and 4.x and is available from sf.net (see dbg2 project) It will fix the lvalue problem you listed there.

As of support for php-5.2.1 that you might be interested in too, it will come with 2.15.5 that will be released in next few hours or a day.

I was googling to find out when the DBG 2.15.5 will be available and I stumbled on this post.

Could you kindly inform us when you are planning to launch DBG 2.15.5? I've been visiting your site for a few days now hoping to try it out with phpeclipse.
