Forcing a file to be "inside" a class ? |

Total guess , as I may be misunderstanding the question, but in settings/file associations , if you removed .tpl from the Smarty entry and put it in with the php file associations, would this not work for you?

Hmm I don't know.
I basically use an include function inside a class, and phpED won't detect that properly because the path is variable. |

Since the path is a variable, it is impossible to determine what the result will be as PhpED does not actually run the PHP.
What you can do is manually add the relevant directories to your project properties. What you are looking for is the entry at the bottom (Code insight includes). |
