Forced coffee break: submitting break points

Hello,

from time to time phped forces a coffee break by showing a message "submitting breakpoints" and a slow progressing progress bar.

There is a "Cancel" button, but when I hit it, phped freezes and needs to be killed by the task manager.

Any idea how to get rid of "submitting breakpoints" message?
