Focus phpEd when breakpoint is reached

PhpEd should be focused when a breakpoint is reached. I do all my debugging in external browsers, so it's very annoying to set focus to phpEd's window first and the continue with normal work flow of debugging.

If it cannot be set as default behavior, it should be an option in Settings > Run & Debug > Settings.
