Once in a while my F1 help just stops working. (The help tab doesn't come up.) I can't see anything that I've done consistently before this happens. Once it happens, restarting PhpED doesn't bring it back, and neither does logging off Windows. (Haven't tried rebooting the system yet.)

Ugh, nevermind.

(So that's what the "F Lock" key on the Microsoft keyboard does: it locks up the F keys. Why would I ever want such a "feature"???)
