Here's hoping the support that we pay for still actually exists as I've posted tickets to support and to this forum before and gotten absolutely no response.

During install of v21025 (64 bit) that was just released...

An error dialog appears:
==============================================
Unable to execute file:
C:\Program
Files\NuSphere\PhpED\setup\Chrome-browser-109.1.18-x64.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 225.
Operation did not complete successfully because the file
contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.
==============================================

This happens AFTER setting the "Unblock" on the installer file's properties window.

This file contains the installer for the Chromium embedded browser software that we use in PhpED. I strongly doubt it contains any viruses. It’s likely that a heuristic scan was triggered by a semi-random byte pattern created by the installer compressor, resulting in a false positive.

Here are the next steps you can take:
a) Validate the digital signature on the executable files we created. You can follow these independent instructions: How to use SignTool to verify a file signature on Microsoft site (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/seccrypto/using-signtool-to-verify-a-file-signature ) .
b) Submit the file for further analysis using VirusTotal or a similar service. These tools aggregate results from multiple virus scanners to provide a more thorough and reliable check.
c) Skip installing the embedded browser altogether by unchecking the "Embedded Chrome browser" option during the PhpED installation process.

Let me know if you need further guidance

Installer for v21026 does not exhibit this problem, so maybe what you describe was the problem.

Question remains on how we properly obtain support when needed on our paid 4-pack licenses. The issue is the person that PURCHASED purchased the software, and the people that USE the licenses are not the same. There is no email address overlap, so how do we get support when needed? Ticket's I've opened on the main website support page go unanswered (And this has been happening for YEARS)

Your question hasn’t gone unanswered. You sent it privately through a direct message on this forum, and that’s where I responded.
