Anyone come across this issue? Is there some kind of reference list for error codes?

EDIT: I work at an education institution that uses SPEP authentication. The service that I'm trying to setup is hidden behind this service, however, I am authenticated with it so it should simply redirect to the correct page after validating authentication. Is this causing the issue, or is something else regarding SSL causing the issue?

Wizard does not expect any special user-authorization pages or like that on the response. Nothing but what dbg-wizard.php would normally return. If your server can't do that, you can't setup debugging with this Wizard.
