Is there a way to stop that popup list eveytime i write php code? I like that window, but i would like to call it only when needed and not on every keypress.

if you mean code completion popup, it can be disabled in tools->settings->code insight. Just uncheck "Enabled" in Code Completion group.

If i disable this "code insight", can i still recall it on need with some keys like alt-space or whatever?

If disabled in original (build 3332) you can't invoke popup even by pressing Ctrl-space. It's changed in HotFix#1 where unchecking that box disables automatic popup only and Ctrl-Space keeps working.
