I might be missing a setting, so I would be glad if you could help me (could not find a thread for this problem). I am working with phped version 6.2 build 6235.

Dynamic highlighting works very fine, except for php (<? ?>, <?php ?>) in .html-files for me. The whole php-tags are greyed out and do not highlight when the cursor is inside.
Well, it works fine when I rename the file to .php, but I cannot and do not want to rename the specific files in that project.

So what do I have to set to let dynamic highlighting work for php in html-files?

You may need to set the file associations in Tools -> Settings -> Associations (i.e. add .html to the PHP line and remove it from the HTML line)
