Is'it possible to make an option like "don't publish files" in the project properties ?
I have some files in my project that i don't want to upload like *.fla and so on.

Sure. Open Project Properties, click on the [Properties] button next to root directory input, and set "Allow file masks" and/or "Disallow file masks" in the Publishing Filter box.

All the project subdirectories inherit these properties by default. If you want to set filter in some of them, open folder's properties in the Workspace window popup menu.
