the headers obtained with firefox and Temper Data extension are:

with ob_start/ob_end_flush and without ob_... and no bug

with the first header no data are transmitted to the client
but after the second header the datas are send with this information (i.e 1fba)

looks like you ran different URLs in these two cases.
