When creating a project in PHPEd, you can specify directories which should not be published. Currently, there are two default directory names which should not be published. These are CVS and .svn.

For every project I create, I add two more directory names to this list of directories not to be published, _NOTES and _SQL. This way, I can store notes and SQL scripts related to my project without any fear that these items will be uploaded to my web server.

Can I change the default list of directories not to be published? I would like to avoid adding these two directories every time I create a project. If this makes me seem lazy, I'm sorry. I looked at the .CFG files and didn't see what I was looking for. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Open up Project Properties. There's a Hide Directories option on the first tab.

yes. Make sure "save as default" checkbox is checked when you press [OK] button. Next time you create a new project, all the properties will be picked up with saved defaults.
