Debugging only specific folders/sites

I'm new with PhpED and so far it's been a Godsend. I have one issue that's bothering me. I've changed which php.ini file and php-cgi.exe that PhpED points to, so that it's consistent with my current environment. The problem I have is that everything in my root folder is being debugged, including phpmyadmin. How do you limit the debugger to listen only to your project directory?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure why would phpmyadmin start the debugger. Probably you opened it in the same browser instance where you debug something before and debug session was enabled. I'd recommend you to run phpmyadmin in a separated browser instance. It means you need to start browser. Please note that opening new window with Ctrl-N will open new window in the same browser instance.
