Debugging Javascript

I can set breakpoints and single-step through my PHP code using PhpED.

Can I set breakpoints in Javascript and single step through it using PhpED?

Chrome devtools are available in the embedded Chrome browser. It's where you can run javascript debugger and set breakpoints not leaving PhpED.
