Debugger error -16 Timeout

In case if you got debugger timeout error, try to adjust timeout in debugger settings in php.ini. New debugger version supports debugger.connect_timeout_seconds config setting. By default it's 5 seconds and for some environments it looks a bit too aggressive.
I will update it to 30sec in next debugger update.
