debug toolbar comands (Run) are disabled

After I have installed Nusphere Phped program, debug toolbar comands (Run) are disabled and I don't know what I must do to Run my php files? Please help me Thank you

First of all, make sure that you installed NuSphere PhpED trial version that is obtained from our site and phped.exe is not modified or patched. When trial period is over, IDE will tell you so and will block most of the commands.
