I got the debugger to work for a second, it was displaying variable values and everything... but now I cant get it to work again...

Failed to start debug session

reason:
failed to establish connection to client host on 127.0.0.1:10003


thats what keeps coming up.
I saw that a lot of people had this problem... but most of the instructions for solving them are Linux orianted...
Im running Windows XP...
can anyone help me out?

Apache is 1.3.3
DBG v2.11.32



I cant work without a debugger, so this is very important for me.

This IDE does use its own client side for dbg debugger that is developed by PHPECLIPSE guys and probably is maintained by them too.
Please try to reach them first.
I could only help you with compiling & installing debugger module and only. I'm not an Eclipse guru.
Officially, freeware versions of DBG (2.11 and 2.13) are provided as is. If they come with 3rd party IDEs please ask their developers/vendors for support.
This forum is intended for supporting commercial versions of DBG (2.18, 3.0, 3.1) that is distributed with NuSphere PhpED IDE.

I myself have WinXP SP2 and the very latest Eclipse (3.1.2), PHPEclipse (1.1., XAMPP (1.5.1), and DBG (2.13.1) versions, and got it all to work and posted my results on the above page under "Hints from Matt."
