DBG+PHPEd: Failed to initialize instance of IDE CoClass

I just installed PHPEd 3.2.1. When I trigger the debugger by calling debugbreak() in my script, I see the debug listener react breifly and then drop the connection. When I open it I see this message:

11/3/2003 11:06:02 PM 10.0.0.104 client connected
11/3/2003 11:06:02 PM Failed to initialize instance of IDE CoClass {A8A29225-F193-11D4-A58B-000021FEA643}. OSERR (0x80004005) 'Unspecified error'.
11/3/2003 11:06:02 PM IDE CoClass version 2.14, failed to start debugging
11/3/2003 11:06:02 PM 10.0.0.104 client disconnected

If I roll back to PHPEd 3.1 and the DBG client on the server then debugging works perfectly. However, if I then uninstall 3.1, install 3.2.1 then I get this message. Yes, I'm also updating the DBG client (if I don't update DBG client then I also get a line complaining about an unexpected version of client in addition to the message above).

Thanks in advance for your help!

A8A29225-F193-11D4-A58B-000021FEA643 is PHPED 3.2 GUID.
If DbgListener tells you that it can't initialize COM class with this GUID, it means that you either unregistered COM class (e.g. uninstalled phped) or moved phped to another directory. Check your registry
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{A8A29225-F193-11D4-A58B-000021FEA643}\LocalServer32
If you can't find this key or this key contains wrong path, re-install phped.
