it's a bug in php TSRM.
See http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=37299 I've made a workaround in commercial vesion of debugger (3.x) but 2.13 (free) is still as is. |

I found two bugs that looks similar...

I didn't try this patch (yet).
If they claim it fixes the problem, please go ahead and give it a try. BTW, it's my understanding that you're using CGI, right? |

no matter it crashes on apache service stopping, it crashes on every launch of standalone php.exe, it crashes on cgi...
I did'nt try this patch too. but I'll try tomorow or later. as I can see TSRM is (propably) most buggy php component =/ I'll post my feedback when I try something |

it's php crashing.
a little and strightforward investigation showed that it first unload modules then call their "globals" destructor. Not really wise. I'd recommend just comment out all calls to tsrm_shutdown() |
