Looks like you got your dark theme after all.

The download is missing for Wombat Sosia for PhpED 13 and 14.editortheme

It shows "EDIT" but no zip.

Can you please put up the files for this theme for v14?

Rick, that's the correct file. PhpED has provided a way to import and export themes using their program, and .editortheme is the file extension. You need to download that file and import it via the settings section where you would normally edit the colours. There's no file for the default colours any more either, as importing this will file won't remove the default colours, it'll just add Wombat Sosia to the list of available themes.

EDIT: Okay, I just tried to download it on my own computer and it wouldn't work for some reason. I've uploaded the ZIP for you.
