We often stumble upon ISO-8859 encoded files.
Currently, we have to go to "save as", select "file encoding: utf8", click on "save", overwrite: "yes" to have the file converted within PhpEd.
It would be of great convenience if you implement a button for instant-converting a opened file to utf8 and save it.

Hello. You can do this by clicking on the encoding in the status bar (lower right bottom corner) and selecting the encoding you want.
