I suspect you are looking for Polystyle. You can right-click a script or a folder in the Workspace pane and then choose "Format text with PolyStyle".

You might want to consider upgrading Polystyle. It gives you greater control on how it formats plus it will batch format files in a folder (makes a backup of the file at same time). For $30 it's worth it--IMHO.

First, you'll need to reach into your wallet and pull out $30. IMHO, it's worth it.

tools->settings->external tools->[configuration] button.
