It would be nice, if there was a plugin, which higlight dirty code.
Like: $a=1; will highlight, but $a = 1; will not.

About realization and customization, let peoples write regexp and highlight it. SO everyone can chose what things in code they want highlight

I think that's a dirty approach of the problem.

The code indentation and presentation must be the same for each member of a team. So a nicer way to carry this problem is to auto-format the code (I mean use code beautifuler or a thing like that witch do the job automaticly). It's a waste of time to carry it manually.
