I get a window that interrupts the start of PhpEd 5. Window title as above, text is:

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75a851d8 886db6b4 75a851d8 75a851d8

This is something new. We'll fix this problem in build/5021.
Meanwhile please make sure that files that you were working with last time are still available (removable disks inserted, network disks are mapped, etc).

This happened on first install. I had a problem with a USB drive not being recognized days before the install. Got help from NuSphere support (thanks.) After I rebooted, the problem went away.

This problem is caused by Speech and Handwriting Recognition part of Office XP.
We did our best to find a workaround and hopefully found it. I think this problem won't bother you again in PhpED.
