changing url for PhpED WEB server

Is there a way to change the url that PhpED WEB server uses to debug from localhost to 127.0.0.1? The reason I need to do this is because of IE7 and fiddler.

IE7 will not send http traffic through a proxy for localhost and so fiddler is no longer able to see the traffic.

Sorry it actually needs to be machine name. I read that 127.0.0.1 will work but it does not

Sorry I probably confused the question with my earlier posts.

I need to know if it is possible to have the local server using the machine name instead of localhost

You may want to use HTTPWatch instead of fiddler to see HTTP traffic. It works good for localhost.
Regarding machine name vs localhost, it's not possible without code changes.
