Small thing really, but I'm wondering if you can add the build number to the filename of the downloads.

I occasionally swing by to get updates, but I never know if I need to re-download or not. Adding the build number would make it easier, as I could just leave the downloaded file in place, and if the file existed when I went to download, then I'd know I was up to date without checking everything for it's build.

Just a thought anyhow.

Cheers

I think the original poster meant into the filename, not what's on-screen:

e.g. NuSphere-phped-5.2-5240-Win32.exe

where 5240 is the build, and 5.2 is the version number.

Exactly! It just saves time. I can periodically swing past and hit download. If it says file already exists, I can just cancel and go on with my day.

As I said ... a small thing, but I'd find it useful. I'm a career web developer, I don't need to waste time checking and remembering file versions and then logging in to the see what the latest build is.
