Subject says it all really ...
How do we change to one of the alternative PhpDocumentor templates which are available in the PhpDocumentor directory in the Nusphere programs directory. I've downloaded the 'clean' theme from github added it to the templates directory now i just need to know how to tell phpEd to use it when we call PhpDocumentor from the workspace ????

any ideas anyone ??

PhpED runs php documentor script using php. All parameters that you can pass are documented on phpdoc's web site. Feel free to change them in Tools->settings->Integration->PHP DOCUMENTOR command. There is also ini file in phpdocumentor's directory that you can edit.
