CGI errors

Apache 2.0, PHP 5.2.0 and php_dbg.dll 3.23 gives me a CGI error almost every page...

The windows error is:

szAppName : php-cgi.exe szAppVer : 5.2.0.0 szModName : php_dbg.dll
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00002779

Anyone else getting this kind of behaviour?
Needless to say, disabling the debugger fixes the problem - but then that's another problem....

what server/SAPI do you use to run PHP in CGI mode?
Could you please provide phpinfo() output (w/o debugger)?

it is not clear if you use FastCGI or CGI mode.
