I'd like a a website/database where people can submit/categorize their various customizations (snippets, integration, etc..) to PhpED and they can be easily downloaded / merged into your PhpED settings. Things like snippets should be able to be downloaded/installed in bulk either allowing people to download all the snippets at once or an entire category of snippets (in addition to the standard 1 at a time).

Community populated sections that should be on the site:
Snippets
Integration Scripts + Settings
Autocorrection Settings
Appearance/Color/Theme Settings
SOAP Servers (to add into NuSOAP client) and links to info about the company/service/etc they are for
DB-Form Wizard/NuSOAP Wizard Customizations
