Cannot find Smarty - PHPEd version 5.95

I am offered a Smarty file option when I choose 'New' from the menu and I can find Smarty documentation but no library files. They are supposed to be installed with PHPEd aren't they?

How can I correct this please?

Hi Ken..

PhpED handles Smarty .tpl files and has the documentation integrated, but Smarty itself needs to be downloaded separately.
