[5987] Can't run debug

When I try to run a debug session (with or without a project is similar):

404 Not Found

The path '/file:/C:/__SVN__/t.php' was not found.

NotFound: (404, "The path '/file:/C:/__SVN__/t.php' was not found.")

What could be a solution for this?

I am also having debugger issues with the latest build, so i have rolled back to build 5959, as that was the only one i could find online.
