Can't download files from webserver via FTP? Just dissappear

I could swear that, until today, I could be looking at an FTP account via the Explorer, find a file I wanted to download back to my local machine, and right click the file to see a Download option.

I've downloaded dozens of files from the remote server to my local Dev/Test machine in this fashion.

Today I try it, and it's not there? Huh? I right click on a file and there is no download option.

Any ideas?

When I right-click on a file in a FTP directory, I expect to see the download function in the menu.

switch back to SPLIT mode (View->Split View in the popup) and you'll find Download File and Download Folder in the popup of the bottom list.
