Can not find "deferphpize" script

Hello,

I just unpack dbg-2.11.32-freebsd-4.10-php43.tar.gz. During installation, I need to run deferphpize script. But I can not find this script either in uppacked package or my hard disk.

Related settings on my freeBSD:
The phpzip is under /usr/local/bin
autoconf 2.59,
automake 1.9,
libtool 1.5.10 are installed.

Can anyone help me out of this?

This script is part of PHP distro. Check if you have installed -devel package.
