I just installed build 5614 and when I try to debug a project, I get an error that says:

"Incompatible version (3.4) of debugger module is detected.
Please upgrade it to version 3.6 and make sure phpinfo() reflects the changes."

The Output window of phpEd has the following info:

Debugger request: "397836731237300002;d=1,p=0,c=1"
Request found in: "query_string"
Target PHP version: "5.2.x"
Server API: "Apache 2.0 Handler"
Extensions API: "220060519"
Modules API: "20060613"
PHP API: "20041225"

when I run phpinfo() inside of phpEd, it confirms that dbg version is 3.4.1.

But, I can't find any info on what to do besides set the extension up in the extensions directory, which I already did twice (to be sure) and still get the same result.

Sumgai, though you are clearly setting up the DBG extension correctly, it seems like you are working with an outdated version of the extension. Have your uploaded the current version to the server? You can find it in your C:\Program Files\Nusphere\PhpED\debugger\server folder.

So you have Apache server. If you used SRV server that came with PhpED 5.6, you'd get no problems.
With stand-alone servers, you need to upgrade debugger module. Feel free to try Project Settings Wizard (see [Settings Wizard] button in the Project Properties dialog). It will help you.

Thanks, I used the settings wizard in the new build (5615) and everything seems to be working.

Maybe you should include this suggestion in the error popup that says that the dbg version is wrong.
