Running or debugging goes after updating to version 4.6.2 - Build 4631 gives error!

http://localhost/Mechanicindex.php?DBGSESSID=-1&PHPEdHidden=68719 instead of http://localhost/Mechanic/index.php?DBGSESSID=-1&PHPEdHidden=68719

(Nothing changed only update to new version!)

Please make sure that ROOT URL entered in the project properties ends up with slash,
for example http://localhost/Mechanic/ instead of http://localhost/Mechanic

I think it's a bug.The only thing I have done is an update. The project files I am using working well under the predecessors!
Root URL: http://localhost/Bronnen_Framework/ gives http://localhost/Bronnen_Frameworkindex.php?DBGSESSID=-1&PHPEdHidden=12387

I have the same problem, but using double slash in Root URL it''s working like earlier.

ie. http://localhost/Mechanic//

Project files worked flawless before, all mapping is correct and after the update i'm stuck with the same situation.

what i find odd is that project with a url like http://project1/ keeps working

but as soon as its an url with a directory in the adress it fails

ie. http://projects/project1/ gives http://projects/project1index.php?DBGSESSID=-1&PHPEdHidden=68026
