Better support for frameworks as Yii etc.

Do You plain some enhancements for support Yii framework ? Like

I'm not sure what you mean there.
If you meant code completion, it's expected to be supported (unless Yii is written is something else but php).
Regarding Yii project wizard in pdt... if you need it, why don't you write/port something like that using html+css+php+js and run using Integrated Scripts feature of phped?
