Hi everybody!

I'm not sure if my post should go here but I would appreciate your advice. I decided to use a web service to organize beta stage better and allow users to leave feedback straight from the website. There's plenty of them (such as Uservoice, BetaEasy, Get Satisfaction etc.) on the web and difficult to choose.

Maybe someone already uses one of them and can advise me something. Any thoughts on the matter appreciated.

I made my choice for BetaEasy. It has ability to integrate feedback button into software and I'm going to implement this feature soon.

I'm using BetaEasy for little more than two weeks and found it's support fast and helpful enough.
