I would love to see a "Duplicate file" function in the context menu of the Workspace panel. This would be a lot easier than having to go down to shell-menu->copy, then shell-menu->paste Having a one-step process to create a duplicate of a template php file would be handy.

Not the whole solution, but to make your workflow somewhat easier you can <ctrl>+<right click> to open the shell-menu directly.

The first time I use Duplicate in a project, it doesn't set the default folder correct for saving the new file, and defaults to the top of the disk where I store my development sites, rather than showing the site folder. If I cancel that and try to save again, it gets the folder correct.

Yes, it's probably a bug. Yes, I should probably report it. But cancel & save again takes 2 seconds and reporting takes a lot longer.
