How do I add a new file type?

After adding drupal.info to Nusphere's template folder how do I get it to appear when selecting File-->New?

Also would like to add the file type to Tools-->Settings-->IDE-->Associations?

Still haven't found a solution.

You can add *.info to one of the existing lists in Tools->Settings->IDE->Associations.

For whatever reason I was thinking a new file type was needed. Just making the association was enough.
