I just installed build 5213 on my new computer and trying to pull all my settings (accounts, shortcuts, settings, etc) over and nothing is loading.

I tried just copying the accounts.cfg file, but that didnt work, then the whole config dir, that didnt work either.

I even tried upgrading my old computer to make sure the versions matched, but that doesnt help either.

So how do I get my settings from my old machine to my new one?
When I did this last year, I didnt have this problem.

5213 stores all settings (cfg files) in user profile directory. Probably you tried to work with cfg files in the Program Files folder. They are not used until you run the IDE under a new user account. In this case thir copies will be created in that user's profile and since that only copies will be used.
