2 Open Editor Tabs?

Hi,
Can PhpEd have 2 (or more) different files open in split screen side by side mode, so that editing, copy and paste etc can be done on these files?
If not is it going to come anytime soon?
If it can, how can I enable it?

Right click on file Tab -> New Tab Group
alternatively Right click on file Tab -> Floating
Note that in either case they won't scroll synchronously like in Diff viewer.
