I am using Flex (essentially ActionScript inside a Flash FLV) to communicate with PHP scripts on our server.

We do not have traditional HTML pages, but rather a Flash movie that the user interacts with.

We employ a PHP stack called AMFPHP to receive/transmit messages from Flex to PHP - it works quite well.

I've recently downloaded PhpED in the hopes of debugging some of the more complex PHP scripts, but as a PHP/PhpED neophyte, it is not clear how I must configure PhpED in order for my breakpoints to trigger.

Any insights would be of help.

An older post on this site did not help me.

Sincerely,

dp

if you call the server (e.g. run HTTP requests), you'd be able to add either DBGSESSID cookie or DBGSESSID variable into the URL. See the details in FAQ: http://forum.nusphere.com/howto-run-debug-session-t585.html
