I searched the forums and the docs, but didn't find the answer to this. I read here http://www.phpdoc.org/ that phpDocumentor comes with Nusphere 3.3, but I can't find it.

I installed Nusphere 3.3.3 for Windows. Under the Tools menu I have DB form wizard, Nusoap wizard and that's all.

Do I need to install phpDocumentor separately? If so, how do I do that?

First, specify phpdoc output directory in the project settings, for example

Then right click on the project and select Php Documentor:
