move a line up and down between others ?

Hello,

I'd like to move current line up and down between others lines with Ctrl+Alt+Arrow(Up|Down).

Just like Notepad++ does.

Its a big time gain when coding.

Come on, you have probably less than 30 min of coding to implement such easy thing
