[resolved] Missing db_utils.inc and db_mysql.inc

I am tryig out the promising DB-Wizard, but it fails to include db_utils.inc and db_mysql.inc. Those two files are not generated by the wizard, and I cannot see they are generated in the DB Client tool.

Those two files are comming with PhpED in its include_lib subdirectory.

Wouldn't it make sense for these files to be saved in the relevant location too?
