How I can set windows-1251 codepage for internal browser?

Internal browser don't save codepage that I select and any time set UTF-8 codepage. What I have do that default codepage set to windows-1251?

If I get that right, the "internal brower" is just an "embedded" Internet Explorer.

Maybe sending a
header('Content-type: text/html; charset=windows-1251')
or using the approrpiate <meta> tag helps?

I try use <meta> tag, but it don't work. With header() - worked. Thanks.

you may right-click in the embedded browser and select Encoding->Cyrillic(Windows) which corresponds to Win-1251
