Is there any plans to add code folding to the next release?

I was actually supprised that PhpED lacks it, when 99% of all other IDE's have it including Dreamweaver which I consider to be at the bottom of the list when it comes to editors for PHP.

Yes, code folding is in the next release -5.0.
Why is it taking so long - very simple, we need to make sure that we are still the fastest IDE when code folding is implemented. You can guess, that additional rendering can be time consuming

I look forward to the next release. PhpED is by far the BEST IDE on the market. I can say that with validation as I have tried everything out there I could find including Zend Studio and PhpED worked right out of the box, the Debug features were a breeze to setup unlike in Zend Studio. Well worth the money I spent.

Just wanted to let you guys know how great a job your doing.

Hi I could wish for the #Region thing that Visual studio has.

#Region

Put the code here

#endRegion.

Evrything within that section gets foldable, and if you hover the mouse ofver it it will show you the code without you having to unfold it.

Very powerfull
